Role Overview
As the Founder, you will lead the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution of InterviewCoach.AI. This role combines product leadership, AI innovation, GTM expertise, and operational management to build and scale a category-defining platform in the $14B+ career services and AI hiring markets.

You will work directly across product development, fundraising, enterprise partnerships, and growth initiatives while shaping the long-term roadmap for both our consumer platform and enterprise hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own the company vision, strategic direction, and long-term roadmap.

Build and scale an AI-first interview preparation and talent-screening platform using video avatars, guided coaching, and predictive analytics.

Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, AI/ML, product, UX, and GTM.

Drive fundraising, investor relations, and accelerator participation.

Establish and manage partnerships with universities, employers, workforce agencies, and enterprise clients.

Guide product development—from MVP to expansion—incorporating real user data, employer insights, and structured interview frameworks.

Represent the company publicly in demos, pitch events, media, and strategic meetings.

Build the operational backbone of the company including hiring, culture, processes, and metrics.

Experienced in high-impact environments (consulting, tech, enterprise strategy, workforce development).

Strong background in interviewing, coaching, or talent evaluation—ideally with experience as a top-tier interviewer.
